Withdrawal
1. For easier access to the back of the lock (castles) remove the radiator (see chapter 3).
2. On models with air conditioning, squeeze the tabs located under the condenser supports and remove the plastic shrouds downwards (pic. 10.2). Gently slide the condenser back and down.
Caution: Do not disconnect the air conditioner piping.
3. Unscrew the two screws located in the center of the cross member of the hood, press the tabs and remove the casing back (pic. 10.3).
4. Remove the lock fixing screws, then detach the shell (And) cable (ov) from the castle. After that, disconnect the cable from the lock (s) (pic. 10.4). Remove the lock from the car.
Installation
5. Attach the cable (s) in the lock and attach the cable sheath (ov) to the lever. Reinstall the lock.
6. Align the marks made before removal, then screw in the screws and tighten them securely.
7. Check that the lock operates smoothly and without resistance. Make sure the hood closes and opens securely.
8. After installing the lock, reinstall the condenser (if it exists), then install the radiator (see chapter 3).
