This operation does not require disconnecting any pipelines or electrical wires.
Loosen the nut securing the engine to the cushion.
Support the engine and slowly lift it up enough to allow the mount to be removed.
Install the new cushion, paying attention to the correct position of the mounting pin.
Lower the engine onto the mount and tighten the mounting nut.
