- remove the protective cover of the right front headlight and disconnect the headlight power wire;
- disconnect the windshield washer fluid supply pipe;
- remove the hood, marking the exact position of its hinges;
Note: When removing the hood hinges, lock the locking levers, which are loaded with high force from the compensating springs.
- remove the clutch slave cylinder, disconnect the clutch hydraulic supply line from it;
- disconnect the propeller shaft from the gearbox;
- disconnect the gear shift drive rod from the gearbox, disconnect the wire from the reverse light switch;
- place a mobile garage jack under the gearbox housing, support the housing with it and unscrew the bolts securing the gearbox to the body floor;
- remove the power unit from the vehicle by pointing the front of the engine toward the left side of the engine compartment.
The installation of the power unit is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
