Attention:
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness. Prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic system.
- Seal the holes where the pipelines are connected with caps.
1. Pump out the hydraulic fluid from the tank and send it for disposal.
2. Remove the unit protection panel.
3. Remove the stiffener plate.
4. Remove the steering gear covers from both sides.
5. Disconnect the double cardan shaft from the steering gear.
6. Disconnect the tie rod end from the steering column.
Note: Only when replacing the steering gear, it is necessary to disconnect the tie rod ends on both sides.
7. Disconnect the mounting struts from the anti-roll bar on both sides.

8. Disconnect the heat-insulating shield from the steering gear.
9. Open the FCD couplings. Disconnect and set aside the hydraulic lines.
10. Disconnect the connector from the electrohydraulic transformer.

11. Remove the screws (1).
12. Turn the left pivot support to the left.
13. Disconnect the pressure pipe from the front axle beam.
14. Turn the steering gear and remove it to the left through the wheel arch.
Note: During installation, it is necessary to replace the bolts and self-locking nuts.
Tightening torque: 100 Nm.
15. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
16. Fill and bleed the system.
17. Check the tightness of pipeline connections.
18. Measure the chassis parameters.
19. Perform steering wheel angle sensor correction.
