Caution: If the ground surface of the rack is damaged (rusted), the steering gear must be replaced.
1. Remove the tie rod end.
2. Remove the stiffening plate.
3. Remove the steering gear side cover.

3. Clean the tie rod.
4. Open the clamp (1) and clamp (3).
5. Remove the boot (2) from the steering rod.
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to clean the toothed rack and check its surface for damage (for example, corrosion).
- Clean the tie rod and lubricate it at the narrowing point.
Note: This is necessary to prevent the cover from turning along with the rod when tightening it.
6. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
7. Adjust the wheel alignment angles.
8. Perform steering wheel angle sensor correction.
