Removal and installation the left or right tie rod
Caution: If the ground surface of the rack is damaged (rusted), the steering gear must be replaced.
1. Disconnect the tie rod end from the steering column.
2. Disconnect the corrugated cover from the steering gear and move it to the side.

Caution: To avoid damage to the rack and its support, push the rack as far as possible.
3. Unscrew the transverse steering rod from the steering rack.
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to clean the toothed rack.
- Check the rack surface for damage (for example, corrosion).
- Replace the O-ring.
- Lubricate the toothed rack and sealing ring.
Tightening torque: 110 Nm.

4. Measure the dimension (A) on the old part. This will make it easier to adjust the axle.
5. Loosen the clamp nut (2).
6. Unscrew the steering rod end. At the same time, hold the steering rod from turning with a wrench.
7. Remove the clamping ring (1) and unscrew the clamping nut (2).
8. Place the boot (4) with the tie and clamp (3) on the steering rod.
9. Place the clamping nut (2) and clamping ring (1) on the steering rod.
10. Screw the end of the steering rod onto the dimension (A).
11. Tighten the clamping nut (2).
Tightening torque: 51 Nm.
12. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
13. Check and adjust the wheel alignment angles
14. Perform steering wheel angle sensor correction.
