
Lock the fuel supply adjustment lever with lock 6075 by inserting it into the upper hole 4 of the pump housing.
With the fuel adjustment lever in this position, insert the 6077 gauge into the throttle valve hole. Press the eccentric down and tighten the lock bolt 2.
Note: After installing the cover, the axial clearance of the intermediate shaft should be no more than 0.5 mm to avoid interruptions in engine operation at partial load mode.
Remove the 6077 gauge and the 6075 retainer. Make sure that the eccentric completely covers the hole into which the gauge was inserted.
Loosen the lock nut and use the mixture quantity adjusting screw to set the idle crankshaft speed within 900±50 rpm and tighten the lock nut.
