Block the fuel adjustment lever with lock 6075 by inserting it into the upper hole 4 of the pump housing.
With the fuel control lever in this position, insert caliber 6077 into the throttle hole. Press the eccentric down and tighten the locking bolt 2.
Note. After installing the cover, the axial clearance of the intermediate shaft should be no more than 0.5 mm in order to avoid interruptions when the engine is running at partial load.
Remove gauge 6077 and retainer 6075 Make sure the eccentric completely covers the hole into which the gauge was inserted.
Loosen the lock nut and set the idle speed of the crankshaft to 900±50 rpm with the mixture amount adjusting screw and tighten the lock nut.
