When installing body parts, it is necessary to achieve the correct air gap (the width of the joint between the lid (door) and adjacent body parts), otherwise the door will knock or there will be a strong noise from the oncoming wind during movement. The gap in any case should be parallel, i.e. the distance between the body parts along the entire length of the joint should be the same. Deviations of no more than 1 mm are allowed.
The surfaces of adjacent body parts must be parallel to each other. A deviation of no more than 1 mm is allowed for the part closed backwards.
Example: the front edge of the rear door must not be more than 1 mm inward than the rear edge of the front door.
