Models with engines other than M57 and M67
1. Drain coolant (see Section Coolant replacement Chapters Vehicle settings and routine maintenance).
2. Remove the fan shroud (see Section Removal and installation of a casing of the fan).
3. On models with K/V disconnect the thermal switch connector.
4. Remove the top hose of the cooling system.
5. Remove spring clip (1) and remove the water hose (2). Remove the bolts (3) on the radiator on the left and right sides and remove both brackets (4).
6. Remove the lower hose of the cooling system.
7. Disconnect the wiring connector (1), remove the spring clip and remove the water hose (3).
8. Release the right and left radiator mounts by pressing the latch with a screwdriver.
To install the mount, press firmly down on it (you should hear a few clicks), then pry the fastening tab with a screwdriver and press the screwdriver handle down.
9. Remove the radiator of the cooling system from the engine compartment upwards.
When installing, pay attention to the rubber-metal hinges on the left and right sides - insert them into the holders.

10. Install in reverse order, finally fill and bleed the cooling system (see chapter Vehicle settings and routine maintenance).
Models with M57 engine
1. Close the generator to prevent engine oil, fuel or coolant from getting into it.
2. Drain coolant (see Section Coolant replacement Chapters Vehicle settings and routine maintenance).
3. Remove fan shroud (see Section Removal and installation of a casing of the fan).
4. Disconnect the top and bottom hoses of the cooling system from the radiator.
5. Follow the steps described in paragraphs with 8 by 10.
Models with M67 engine
1. Remove the fan shroud (see Section Removal and installation of a casing of the fan).
2. Turn out a stopper and lower a cooling liquid.
3. Disconnect the connector (1), loosen clamp (2) and disconnect the water hose. Remove expansion tank (3).
4. Remove the latches (1) and disconnect the water hoses (2).
