Note. The front crankshaft oil seal and intermediate shaft oil seal can be replaced on a vehicle by removing the radiator and vibration damper.
Remove the camshaft drive belt and crankshaft and countershaft sprocket.
Turn away bolts of fastening of a forward cover of the block of cylinders to an oil crankcase.
Remove the front cover of the cylinder block and press out the oil seals.
Press the crankshaft front oil seal flush with tool 24 1 050.
Press the intermediate shaft oil seal flush with tool 33 1 180 with handle 00 5 500.
Apply grease to the seal lips.
Install mandrel 1 (11 2 211) on the crankshaft and mandrel 2 (11 2 212) to the intermediate shaft.
Place the front cover of the cylinder block on the mandrels, replacing the cover gasket if necessary.
Remove the mandrels.
Establish gear pulleys of a cranked and intermediate shaft, put on a gear belt.
