
2. To avoid disturbing the balance of the driveshaft assembly, mark the relative positions of its front and rear parts with paint.
Do not use objects that could damage the shaft surface for this purpose (for example, a center punch).
3. Unscrew the bolt (1) and disconnect the driveshaft.

4. Remove the spacer washer and dust boot.

5. Remove the intermediate support using tool No.00 7 500/33 1 307 and a standard puller.
6. Install the new intermediate support to the stop using the No.24 0 090 or No.24 1 050 mandrel, respectively, with an internal support hole diameter of 30 or 35 mm.
7. Install new connecting bolt, lubricating it with a fixing sealant. When installing, make sure that there are no traces of grease on the threads.
8. Align the timing marks and tighten the bolt to the required torque.
