Withdrawal
Remove inner door trim.
Carefully remove the film from the door cutout.
Install the glass in such a position that the mounting bolts are visible in the cutout.
Loosen the two glass screws.
Swing the glass forward from the guide roller.
Lower glass.
Loosen the window lifter bolts.
Cut the cable tie.
On vehicles with electric power windows: Disconnect the connector by releasing the cable tie.
Installation
Insert window regulator from below, align and screw down.
Raise the glass, insert from the front into the guide and fasten at the back with 2 bolts. If necessary, turn the window lift mechanism so that the rear mounting bolts are visible in the slot.
Glass adjustment
Close a window.
The window lifter must be mounted stress-free, otherwise loosen the bolts securing the mechanism and align the window lifter.
Lower the glass so much that bolts 8 in the body opening become visible. Loosen the bolts.
Align the glass in the slots so that there is an even gap between the window frame and the edge of the glass.
Tighten the bolts, raise and lower the glass several times and check that it moves normally in the guides. Otherwise, readjust.
Fasten the window lifter at the bottom of the door cutout with cable ties.
On vehicles with electric power windows: Connect the connector and secure the cable tie.
Carefully stick the film on the door cutout.
Attention: The film must not be damaged, otherwise there will be drafts in the cabin. Small rips can be sealed with adhesive tape.
Install the inner door trim.
