Using a 10mm wrench, loosen bolt "1" on each hinge on the hinge extension.

Remove seal "2" of the door brake.

Use a screwdriver to press the retaining ring "3" off the finger "4".

Use a hammer to drive out pin "4". If necessary, support the door brake with a hammer.

Installation


Insert the door into the "0" hinges in the direction away from the "C" pin with the help of an assistant. The door position is adjusted by moving the door hinges in the slots in the door or by installing spacer washers in the hinges. When reinstalling the same door, adjustment is usually not required.

Tighten a bolt into each loop.

Hammer in the door brake pin and secure it with a retaining ring.

Place the seal on the door brake.

If there is an electrical outlet in the door, connect it and put the protective cap on it.

Close the door and check the uniformity of the gap between the door and the body; if necessary, loosen the bolts on the door hinges and adjust the door with the bolts.

Loosen the locking wedge with a T40 key and move it so that the door surface matches the body surface. A difference of 1 mm is acceptable. Replace worn locking wedges first.
