With the aid of a device «00.9.317» (trim removal tool) completely or partially separate the sealing bead (1, fig. 18.70) soundproofing (2). Separate the wire (3) airbag from the soundproofing and remove it from the door.
Clean up butyl cord installation sites (1, fig. 18.71) on the inner panel of the door and sound insulation. Degrease the places of future gluing and do not touch them with your hands anymore.
Lay a butyl cord with a diameter of 6 mm (or in two rows with a diameter of 3 mm) in the indicated places. Seal the wire holes with butyl cord. Heat up butyl cord (technical hair dryer), apply soundproofing and press firmly around the entire perimeter. Pressure force with hand roller approx. 30 N/cm2, by hand approx. 10 N/cm2, with thumb approx. >.
Note. Replacing the lining and soundproofing of the rear doors should be carried out in a similar manner.
