Replacing the glass of the left and right rear doors must be carried out in the following order.
Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.
Remove the rear door sound insulation.
If necessary, remove the front portion of the rear door window frame trim.
Lower the glass to the specified size (A, Fig. 18.80) approximately 85 mm. Loosen the screw (1) securing the glass. If necessary, lower the glass into the rear door shaft and remove the door glass by moving it upwards.
Each time after removing or replacing the door glass, it is necessary to replace the bracket (7, see Fig. 18.81). If necessary, install a new screw (9) and nut (5) on the glass. The position of the door glass is not adjusted.
