Removal and installation the upper luggage door lock bracket (BMW X5 E53)

The upper luggage door lock bracket must be replaced in the following order: Remove the lower luggage door trim, unscrew the screws (1, Fig. 18.61) and remove the bracket (2).



When installing, adjust the locking mechanism (bracket) of the upper part of the luggage door.
