From the driver's side, remove the front door lock cylinder assembly (see above), on the passenger side, remove the plug on the outside door handle. loosen the nut (1, fig. 18.48) outside handle, but do not turn. When installing the handle, tighten the nut with a torque of 3.2 Nm (0.32 kgf·m). Install the old outer frame (1, fig. 18.49) screws, because of the risk of damage to the paintwork. Pull out the outer handle (2) outward/upward as far as possible and fix it in this position with a screwdriver (3). When dismantling, the outer handle remains in a fixed position with a screwdriver.
Pull out the outer handle (1, fig. 18.50) down from rear drive (2) castle. Pull out the outer handle (1) maximum down (as it shown on the picture) from front wheel drive (4) lock outward and remove it.
Installation of the outer door handle should be carried out in reverse order, while using the old outer frame to cover the screws (due to the risk of damage to the paintwork). Press the drive (1, fig. 18.51) lock assembly with a screwdriver (2) into position «Open». In this position, check the fastening of the handle and its seals, if necessary, replace the damaged elements. Install the outside handle.
Attention! Check the function of the door lock only when the door is open.
