Carburetor PIERBURG-2B4 (BMW 3 Series E30)

If there are any deviations, adjust the idle speed using adjusting screw "1".

Check the CO content. For the specified value, see the table in the section "Ignition system".

If the CO content deviates from the specified value, remove the seal from the CO content adjustment screw "2". To do this, pierce the plastic cap in the middle, screw in the appropriate screw or self-tapping screw and pull out the screw together with the seal. If necessary, remove the air filter and install it again.

Adjust the set CO content value by turning the adjusting screw.

Place a new filling.

Turn off the measuring instruments.
