Removal
Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.
Remove the air filter (see section "Removal and installation the air filter").
Remove the throttle cable (see section "Adjusting the throttle cable").
Disconnect fuel hose 1, having first released and moved back the fastening clamp, and close it. A clean screw of the appropriate diameter can be used to close the hose.

Disconnect the vacuum hose from valve "2", which doses additional air in forced idle mode.
Disconnect connector "3" of the air damper regulator.
Remove the potentiometer connector under the air damper regulator.

Disconnect connector "1" of the throttle valve controller, having first folded back the locking bracket.
Disconnect vacuum hose "3" from the throttle valve controller.
Release from the clamps and disconnect the plug connection "2" of the idle switch.
Disconnect the vacuum hoses going to the temperature valve and to the solenoid valve.

Unscrew the carburetor mount (arrows) and remove the carburetor from the insulating flange.

Cover the inlet pipe "3" with a clean cloth "1" to prevent dirt from getting in. The insulating flange "2" remains screwed on.
