Removal and installation the outside mirror (BMW 3 Series E36)
Removal
Press the plastic mirror cover from above and remove it.
Release the connector from the overlay.
Disconnect the mirror connector.
Unscrew the 3 mirror mounting bolts. Remove the mirror, holding it from the outside.
Installation
Place and secure the mirror.
Connect the electrical wiring.
Insert the plastic cover into the guides and press it down.
Check the mirror control and, if available, the mirror heating.
