If a fault has occurred in the automatic transmission, it is first necessary to determine whether it is electrical, mechanical or hydraulic in nature. This requires special diagnostic equipment, so this work should be entrusted to service station specialists.
Do not remove the transmission for repair until the fault has been identified, as most inspection procedures are performed with the transmission installed in the vehicle.
