The oil pump is assembled in the reverse order of disassembly. In this case, it is necessary to check the gaps between the outer rotor and the oil pump housing and between the inner and outer rotors, as well as the sinking of the outer rotor relative to the end face of the oil pump housing.
Install the oil pump on the cylinder block. Install the oil pump drive sprocket and tighten the pump mounting bracket mounting bolts so that the housing is not subjected to stress.
Install the oil pan, by applying sealant such as Atmosit to the front and back of the gasket.
