The oil pump assembly is performed in the reverse order of disassembly. In this case, it is necessary to check the gaps between the outer rotor and the oil pump housing and between the inner and outer rotors, as well as the recession of the outer rotor relative to the end of the oil pump housing.
Install the oil pump on the cylinder block. Install the oil pump drive sprocket and tighten the pump mounting bracket mounting bolts so that the housing is not subject to loads.
Install the oil pan, applying a sealant such as Atmosit to the front and rear of the gasket.
