Remove the radio.
Disconnect the ground and (+) battery connectors, as well as the speakers and automatic antenna connectors from the rear of the radio (if installed) and the antenna itself.
Installation
Insert all wires and the antenna into the appropriate sockets on the back side.
Slide the radio into the dashboard. The radio is secured to the support at the back.
Place the mounting brackets next to the adjustment axes and secure them with screws. Do not overtighten the screws.
Place the overlay together with the retaining springs. To secure the overlay, use a narrow screwdriver to press the noses of the retaining springs.
Place decorative washers on the adjustment axes.
Put on the adjustment knobs.
Note: When you put on the left handle, the sound may be turned off. If necessary, press the handle again.
Connect the ground wire to the battery.
Turn on the radio and check its operation.
Note: When installing the radio receiver later, you may need to tune the radio receiver to the antenna. To do this, tune to a weak medium-wave transmitter and turn the antenna tuning screw with a narrow screwdriver (on the right side of the radio receiver cover) until the best reception is achieved.
