Unscrew the cap of the expansion tank with brake fluid. Pull out the float.
Connect the unit according to the operating instructions.
Attach the hose to the clutch slave cylinder bleed valve. Place the end of the hose into a bottle of brake fluid.
Keep the air release valve open until air bubbles stop escaping. While doing this, press the clutch pedal several times.
If there is air in the hydraulic system after repeated removal, the slave cylinder must be removed from the gearbox.
With the hydraulic system connected, push the piston pusher into the cylinder as far as it will go. As a result, residual air escapes through the expansion tank and maximum clutch travel is achieved.
Caution: With the slave cylinder removed, do not depress the clutch pedal.
Insert the float into the expansion tank. Add brake fluid to the expansion tank up to the MAX mark. Screw on the cap of the expansion tank.
