Unscrew the cap of the expansion tank with brake fluid. Remove the float.
Connect the unit according to the operating instructions.
Attach the hose to the clutch slave cylinder air release valve. Place the end of the hose in a bottle of brake fluid.
Keep the air release valve open until air bubbles stop escaping, while pressing the clutch pedal several times.
If there is air in the hydraulic system after repeated bleeding, the slave cylinder must be removed from the gearbox.
With the hydraulic system connected, push the piston pusher into the cylinder until it stops. This allows residual air to escape through the expansion tank and achieves maximum clutch release travel.
Caution: When the slave cylinder is removed, do not press the clutch pedal.
Insert the float into the expansion tank. Add brake fluid to the expansion tank up to the MAX mark. Screw on the expansion tank cap.
