Removal and installation the exterior rearview mirror housing
1. Remove the outside rearview mirror glass.
Note: The retaining ring (1) and the housing (2) are fastened together at (A).
2. Release the lock (1) and carefully detach the housing (2) from the locking ring (3) in a forward motion.
Note: If necessary, use tool 009317.
Note: The fasteners (1 - 3) must not be damaged.
3. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
