Removal and installation the outside mirror glass

Caution. Risk of injury. Move the mirror glass with your hand slowly and carefully. If the mirror glass is damaged: Wear protective glasses and thick fabric gloves. Risk of injury from chipping glass fragments.

- To avoid damage to the fasteners, the outside mirror must be at room temperature.

- Secure the mirror glass (1) to prevent it from falling.
1. Press the glass (1) of the mirror from the vehicle side with your hand until it locks.
2. Release the glass fastening clamps (1) of the mirror from the outside along the entire perimeter using tool 009317.
3. Unlock and disconnect the corresponding connectors and remove the mirror glass (1).
Note:
- The fixing tabs (1) must not be damaged.
- When installing, it is necessary to tightly place the glass (2) of the mirror with the fixing tabs (1) on the mirror adjustment drive and fix it.
- Make sure they are securely fastened.
- Pay attention to the correct functioning of the mirror adjustment drive.
4. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
