Front door glass replacement
1. Remove the outer protective molding of the window and adjust the position of the door glass.
2. On models with a side airbag, remove it.
3. Remove the glass in a backwards/upward direction, leading it out of the outside of the frame
Front door glass adjustment
1. Remove door trim (see Section Removal and installation of trim and sound insulation of the front door).
2. On models with a side airbag, remove it.
3. Detach the rear edge of the soundproofing to expose the bottom screws and secure the screen with adhesive tape (1).
4. Connect the power window switch to the door harness connector and release the front door glass.
5. Loosen the screws and raise the glass until there is a gap of 10 mm from the edge of the door. Disconnect the power window switch.
6. When installing, adjust the position of the glass in the longitudinal direction and in height (parallelism). To do this, move the glass in the loosened clamping jaws in the longitudinal direction, then lift the rear clamping block (in this case, the glass should be buried in the clamping blocks) and tighten the rear shoe screw first and then the front shoe screw.
7. Adjust the gap (A) And (B) between the edge (front and top) glass and window frame overlay. (A) = 5.4 mm, and (B) = 10 mm.
Rear door glass replacement
1. Remove soundproofing of a back door.
2. Pull out the outer lower seal and the glass side rubbers.
3. Turn out screws and remove an overlay.
4. Turn out the screw and lift glass of a door upwards.
5. Tilt the door glass and remove it in an upward direction by pulling the rear edge forward/out.
