Withdrawal
Loosen a 10 mm bolt on each hinge of a bare wrench with a hinge sleeve.
Pull the retaining clip 2 out of your finger with a screwdriver.
Knock out pin 3 upwards with a punch, if necessary supporting the door brake with a hammer.
Pull the door out of its hinges and place it on a suitable support.
Unscrew the connector frame -arrows- Then pull out the connector.
Raise clip -upper arrow-.
In this case, the detachable connection is disconnected.
Installation
Connect the connector of electrical consumers and insert the retainer bracket. Insert the connector into the door pillar, screw the connector frame.
Insert the door into the upper and lower hinges, this requires an assistant. The daer is started from the C-bolt. The door can be refitted by moving the hinges in the slots or lining the washers into the hinges. When installing the same door, fitting is usually not required.
Screw a bolt into each loop.
Drive in the door brake pin with a hammer and secure it with the retaining clip.
Close the door and check if the clearance between the door and the body is even, loosen the door hinge bolts if necessary and adjust the door height with the bolts -C-.
Release the locking pin on the B-pillar and move it so that the door is flush with the body, a difference of 1 mm is allowed. Replace worn locking wedges first. Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm.
Note: For worn hinges (the door has increased play in the hinges) new support bushings can be pressed into the hinges in a specialist workshop. The hinge detail, which has a supporting butt, is located on the top of the door.
