Withdrawal
Remove door trim.
Remove screws 1 for actuator motor. Before removing, note the position of the bolts in order to subsequently install the motor in the same position.
Disconnect the electrical wires from the actuator motor. To do this, insert a screwdriver between the metal bracket and the connector and press to the right, see figure.
Disconnect the connection with the lock from the traction motor, pull the actuating motor out of the door.
Installation
Connect the rods to the executive motor.
Connect the connector of the actuator motor and insert the bracket from the side. After that, the connector is inserted by itself.
Insert the actuating motor into the door without tightening the bolts, the motor will still need to be moved.
Align the executive motor, for which:
- Press the rotary latch to the position "closed" or close the door.
- Turn the key in the lock to position "closed", the executive motor draws thrust.
- Move the actuating motor in the mounting holes a little back to compensate for the play in the rods.
In this position screw in and lightly tighten the 2 screws of the actuating motor to a torque of 2 Nm.
Check the functioning of the central locking system and the lock. Align the motor if necessary.
Install door trim.
