Windscreen wiper motor — removal and installation (BMW 7 Series E32)
Removal
Remove the windshield wiper drive mechanism. Unscrew the nut from the crank shaft and remove the crank. Unscrew the three windshield wiper motor mounting bolts and remove the windshield wiper motor from the console.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
Before installing the windshield wiper motor, you need to reset it to its original position. To do this, connect the plug to it and let the motor run. Then turn off the motor using the windshield wiper switch and let it reach its original position. Remove the plug.
