Removal and installation or replacing the oil pump (M57 T2/M57 TU)



1. Remove the oil pan.

2. Unscrew the screw (1).


2. Unscrew the screw (1).

3. If necessary, unscrew the suction pipe fasteners (3).

4. Unscrew the bolts (2) and remove the oil pump.

Note: When installing, it is necessary to replace the sealing ring between the oil pump and the suction pipe.


5. Assemble the engine.
