Removal and installation or replacing the oil pump (N47)
1. Remove the oil pan.
2. Remove the flywheel.
Please note: Left-hand thread.
1. Unscrew the screw (1).
Tightening torque: 5 Nm + 90°.
2. Pay attention to the sprocket cover (1) of the oil pump.
3. Unscrew the screws (1).
4. Remove the oil pickup in the direction indicated by the arrow.
5. Unscrew the screws (1).
6. Unscrew all spacers (1) counterclockwise.
7. Remove the screws (1).
8. Remove the screws (1).
Note: All sealing surfaces must be cleaned during installation.
9. Insert and tighten all bolts (1).
10. Insert and tighten the bolts (1).
11. Tighten the threaded bushings (1) using tool 114350.
Tightening torque: 6 Nm.
12. Tighten the bolts (1) using tool 009120.
Tightening torque: 15 Nm + 90°.
13. Assemble the engine.
