Removal and installation or replacing the oil pump (NS2 K)
1. Remove the oil pan.

2. Loosen the screws (1).
Tightening torque: 4 Nm + 100°.
Note: Aluminum bolts must be replaced during installation.
3. Remove the intake manifold (2) in the direction indicated by the arrow.
Note: The sealing ring must be replaced during installation.

Note: To remove bolt (1), insert a 6 mm diameter drill between the sprocket and the oil pump housing.
4. Unscrew the screw (1).
Tightening torque: 20 Nm + 45°.
5. Unscrew the screws (2).
Tightening torque: 4 Nm + 45°.
Note: Aluminum bolts must be replaced during installation.

6. Unscrew the screws (1).
Tightening torque: 10 Nm + 180°.
Note: Aluminum bolts must be replaced during installation.

7. Remove the sprocket (1) in the direction indicated by the arrow.
Note:
- The tensioner pulls the drive chain (3) upward.
- Do not remove the sprocket (1).
8. Remove the oil pump (2) in the direction indicated by the arrow.

9. Check the spacer sleeve (1) for secure fastening and damage; replace if necessary.
10. Align the chamfers (3) on the oil pump (2) relative to the sprocket (4).
11. Install the oil pump (2).
12. Assemble the engine.
