After removing the rotor, remove the plate from the drive side.
Remove the drive belt pulley, oil seal and circlip.
Press the shaft and ball bearing out of the pump housing.
Remove the circlip and press the ball bearing off the shaft.
Press the liner out of the housing with a mandrel.
Press the liner flush with the plane of the housing without protrusion.
Press the bearing onto the shaft with the open end towards the pump housing. Replace the oil seal by putting grease under its sealing lip. Install the front plate with the notches facing the rotor.
Install the rotor with the chamfer facing the drive shaft. Place the shoulder blades in their sockets with the rounded ends towards the crown.
Install crown 2 (see photo). The arrow indicating the direction of rotation of the rotor must be located at the front plate on the side of the cover. Do not interchange O-ring 1 and cover O-ring, as they have different diameters.
Insert the pin into the hole in the front plate. Install the cover.
