Remove the drive belt pulley, seal and snap ring.
Press the shaft and ball bearing out of the pump housing.
Remove the retaining ring and press the ball bearing off the shaft.
Press the insert out of the housing using a mandrel.
Press the insert flush with the housing surface without protruding.
Press the bearing onto the shaft with the open end towards the pump body. Replace the seal, placing grease under its sealing edge. Install the front plate with the recesses towards the rotor.
Install the rotor with the chamfer facing the drive shaft. Place the blades in their sockets with the rounded ends facing the crown.
Install crown 2 (see photo). The arrow indicating the direction of rotation of the rotor should be located at the front plate on the cover side. Do not swap sealing ring 1 and the sealing ring of the cover, as they have different diameters.
Insert the pin into the hole in the front plate. Install the cover.
