Automatic single locking system (with the anti-theft device turned off)

Trunk lock* (pull the main key out in a horizontal position).

This prevents unauthorized access to the trunk when the key is handed over to B (door and ignition key) to strangers - useful to you, for example, in a hotel or workshop (this does not apply to vehicles with a through-loading device).

When the anti-theft device is activated, the trunk can be opened with the main key, but must be locked again after closing.

Trunk lighting

Lights up when the trunk lid is open.

For attaching luggage nets* or straps to secure luggage to the bottom of the trunk, there are special loops.

To secure small luggage, use elastic bands* on the trunk mat.

A catch recess on the left next to the locking mechanism makes it easier to move the open trunk lid downwards.

Unlocking the fuel tank flap when the automatic single locking system fails:
  • lift the boot mat on the right;
  • remove the trim on the right side;
  • push back the locking rod (arrow).
