Fore and aft seat adjustment
pull the lever (1), move the seat to the desired position.
After releasing the lever, pay attention to the fact that the latch works.
Seat tilt adjustment (driver's seat only)
pull the lever (2), set the desired height.
Sports seat*
Additional adjustment of the thigh support by means of a handwheel located on the front side of the seat frame.
Seat back adjustment
pull the lever (1), increasing or decreasing the load on the seat back, set it in the desired position.
Seat height adjustment
pull the lever (2), increasing or decreasing the load on the seat, set it in the desired position.
Do not move the driver's seat while driving. If the seat is moved suddenly, you may lose control of the vehicle, resulting in an accident. The passenger sitting next to the driver must not recline the seat back completely while driving.
To unload the intervertebral discs, sit deeper in the seat and rest your entire back on the seatback. With an ideal fit, the head forms one straight line with the spine.
When traveling long distances, the seat back can be folded back more than usual to unload the muscles of the back. However, it should still be possible to turn the steering wheel with slightly bent arms.
Head restraints front and rear
The head restraints are height adjustable by pulling them up or down.
By turning the head restraints you can adjust their inclination.
In the event of an accident, head restraints reduce the risk of injury to the cervical spine. The center of the head restraint should be approximately the height of the ears.
Automatic adjustment of the position of the front seats
1 — Seat angle adjustment
2 - Adjusting the position of the seats in the longitudinal direction
3 - Seat height adjustment
4 - Seat back adjustment
5 - Head restraint height adjustment
Sports seat
Additional regulation of the femoral support by moving the equal-arm lever located on the frame from the outside of the seat (switch A in the illustration below).
Memorizing the positions of the seats, mirrors and steering wheel
Three different positions for the seat, exterior mirrors and steering wheel can be programmed and recalled.
Programming - starting from the key position in the ignition switch 1:
- set the desired position of the seat, exterior rear-view mirrors and steering wheel;
- press the MEMORY button: the control lamp signals the readiness of the system;
- press button 1, 2 or 3, the indicator lamp goes out.
Call
The driver's door is open or closed, the automatic interior lighting system is on or the ignition key is turned to position 1:
- briefly press button 1, 2, or 3.
If you press the seat or mirror adjustment switch or the memory button, the adjustment process will be interrupted immediately.
The driver's door is closed and the key is either pulled out or turned in the ignition switch to position 0 or 2:
- keep button 1, 2 or 3 pressed until the adjustment process is completed.
Right mirror tilt
Set the mirror switch to "Driver's mirror":
When reverse gear is engaged or the automatic transmission control lever is moved to position R, the mirror changes its position so that, for example, when parking, the lower near zone of the car (curbstone edge) was in sight.
You can also turn off this automatic system - to do this, set the mirror switch to the position "passenger mirror".
Driver's seat lumbar support
It is adjusted as needed by moving the equal-arm lever located on the frame on the inside of the seat.
With this device, the contour of the seat back can be changed, thereby creating additional support for the lumbar spine.
The superior iliac crest and spine are supported, i.e., a straight and relaxed posture is maintained when sitting.
Power rear head restraints
If a passenger in the rear seat is wearing a seat belt, the appropriate head restraint will automatically extend.
Use the equal-arm lever to adjust the height.
Changing the position of the steering wheel column
Swing out the clamping lever:
- set the steering wheel by moving it longitudinally towards you or away from you in accordance with the position of the seat;
- return the clamping lever to its original position.
Do not change the position of the steering wheel column while driving - there is a risk of an accident.
Automatic steering wheel position change
The position of the steering wheel can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction and in height, in accordance with the direction of movement of the lever.
Do not change the position of the steering wheel while driving - there is a risk of an accident.
Entering the position of the steering wheel in memory - see Storing the positions of the seats, mirrors and steering wheel.
Automatic steering wheel position change (only in conjunction with height adjustment)
To make it easier for you to get in and out of the vehicle, the steering wheel will automatically move to the up position if:
- the ignition key is turned to position 0;
- the ignition key is in position 1 and the driver's door opens;
- the ignition key is in position 2, the parking brake is applied and the driver's door opens.
The steering wheel moves to the memorized position if:
- the ignition key is in position 2 and the parking brake is released when the driver's door is open;
- the ignition key is in position 2, the parking brake is applied and the driver's door is closed.
