Adjusting the position of the seats in the longitudinal direction

Adjusting the position of the seats in the longitudinal direction

Pull the lever (1) and move the seat to the required position.

After releasing the lever, make sure that the lock engages.

Seat tilt adjustment (driver's seat only)

Pull the lever (2) to set the desired height.

Sports seat*

Additional adjustment of the thigh support using the handwheel located at the front side of the seat frame.

Adjusting the position of the seat back

Adjusting the position of the seat back

Pull the lever (1) to increase or decrease the load on the seat back and set it in the desired position.

Adjusting the seat height

Pull the lever (2) to increase or decrease the load on the seat and set it in the desired position.

Do not move the driver's seat while driving. If the seat is moved abruptly, you may lose control of the car, which will lead to an accident. The passenger sitting next to the driver should not fully recline the seat while driving.

To relieve the intervertebral discs, sit deeper in the seat and lean your entire back against the seat back. When sitting perfectly, your head and spine form a straight line.

When driving long distances, the seat back can be reclined more than usual to relieve the back muscles. However, it should still be possible to turn the steering wheel with slightly bent arms.

Headrests front and rear

The headrests are height-adjustable by pulling them up or pushing them down.

The headrests are height-adjustable by pulling them up or pushing them down.

By turning the headrests you can adjust their tilt.

In an accident, head restraints reduce the risk of injury to the cervical spine. The center of the head restraint should be approximately at the height of the ears.

Sports seat

Additional adjustment of the thigh support by moving the equal-arm lever located on the frame on the outside of the seat (switch A in the illustration below).

Memorizing the positions of seats, mirrors and steering wheel

Memorizing the positions of seats, mirrors and steering wheel

Three different positions for the seat, outside rear-view mirrors and steering wheel can be programmed and recalled.

Programming - starting from the key position in the ignition switch 1:
  • set the desired position of the seat, outside rearview mirrors and steering wheel;
  • press the MEMORY button: the control lamp signals the system readiness;
  • press button 1, 2 or 3, the indicator lamp will go out.

Call

The driver's door is open or closed, the automatic interior lighting system is on, or the ignition key is turned to position 1:
  • press button 1, 2, or 3 briefly.

If you press the seat or mirror adjustment switch or the memory button, the adjustment process will be interrupted immediately.

The driver's door is closed and the key is either pulled out or turned in the ignition switch to position 0 or 2:
  • keep button 1, 2 or 3 pressed until the adjustment process is complete.

Right mirror tilt

Set the mirror switch to the "Driver's Mirror" position:

When you engage reverse gear or move the automatic transmission control lever to position R, the mirror changes its position so that, for example, when parking, the lower near zone of the car (curbstone edge) was in the field of vision.

You can also turn off this automatic system by setting the mirror switch to the "Passenger Mirror" position.

Driver's seat lumbar support

Driver's seat lumbar support

It is adjusted as needed by moving the equal-arm lever located on the frame on the inside of the seat.

This device can change the contour of the seat back, thereby creating additional support for the lumbar spine.

The superior iliac crest and spine are supported, i.e. maintaining a straight and relaxed posture while sitting.

Electric rear headrests

Electric rear headrests

If a passenger in the rear seat fastens a seat belt, the corresponding head restraint automatically extends.

Use the equal-arm lever to adjust the height.

Changing the position of the steering wheel column

Changing the position of the steering wheel column

Fold back the clamping lever:
  • adjust the steering wheel by moving it longitudinally towards you or away from you in accordance with the position of the seat;
  • return the clamp lever to its original position.

Do not change the position of the steering wheel column while driving - there is a risk of an accident.

Automatic steering wheel position change

The position of the steering wheel can be adjusted longitudinally and in height, in accordance with the direction of movement of the lever.

Do not change the position of the steering wheel while driving - there is a risk of an accident.

Entering the steering wheel position into memory - see Memorizing the positions of seats, mirrors and steering wheel.

Automatic steering wheel position change (only in combination with height adjustment)

To make it easier for you to get in and out of the car, the steering wheel automatically moves to the upper position if:
  • the key in the ignition switch is turned to position 0;
  • the key in the ignition switch is in position 1 and the driver's door is opened;
  • the ignition key is in position 2, the parking brake is applied and the driver's door is opened.

The steering wheel moves to a position stored in memory if:

  • the key in the ignition switch is in position 2 and the parking brake is released when the driver's door is open;
  • the ignition key is in position 2, the parking brake is applied and the driver's door is closed.
