Attention! Adjust the steering wheel position only when the vehicle is stationary.
Mechanical adjustment of the steering wheel angle must be carried out in the following order:
- Press down on the locking lever located on the left side of the steering column (Fig. 1.55) and adjust the position of the steering wheel, setting it to a comfortable position.
- Return the locking lever (arrow) to its original position.
- Rock the steering wheel in the vertical plane to make sure it is locked. Electric steering wheel tilt adjustment is an optional extra.
