Air conditioner (BMW X5 E53)

All BMW cars of the X5 E-53 series have air conditioning in the cabin. This allows maintaining comfortable conditions in the cabin, regardless of the outside air temperature. At the same time, the distribution and amount of air entering the cabin does not depend on the speed of the car and is regulated automatically taking into account the temperature of the outside air and the air in the cabin. The resulting malfunctions are recorded by the automatic unit and can be read at the service station.

The distribution of air flows and the air conditioner control panel are shown in Fig. 1.70.
