Where necessary, mark the flywheel/drive plate position on the crankshaft.
The flywheel/drive plate is attached to the rear of the crankshaft with eight bolts. Loosen and remove the bolts, then separate the element from the crankshaft flange.

To install the flywheel/drive plate onto the crankshaft, coat the bolts with liquid locking compound and gradually tighten them to the specified torque, working in a diagonal sequence.
Next, install in the reverse order of removal.
