Removal and installation the gearbox oil pan (A5 S 360 R/390R)
Attention:
- After completing the work, check the oil level.
- Use only certified brands of transmission oil.
- Violation of this rule leads to serious damage to the automatic transmission.
1. Unscrew the plug (1) of the oil drain hole.
Tightening torque: 18 Nm.
2. Drain the oil from the gearbox.
3. Remove all screws.
4. Remove the oil pan (2).
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to replace the drain plug sealing ring.
- Clean the sealing surfaces of the oil pan.
5. Install the new oil pan gasket.
6. Clean the magnet (1) and reinstall it into the oil pan.
7. Install the oil pan.
8. Screw in all screws until the heads are snug.
Caution: Tighten the screws one at a time, not crosswise, to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm.
