Replacing the input shaft seal (GS 6 - 37BZ/DZ)
Attention: Check the oil level after completing the work.
Attention:
- Use only certified brands of transmission oil.
- Failure to comply with this rule will result in serious damage to the manual transmission.
1. Remove the gearbox.
2. Remove the release bearing and clutch release fork from the guide sleeve.

3. Remove the screws.
Tightening torque:
- M8 x 22: 18 Nm.
- M8 x 30: 25 Nm.
- M6: 10 Nm.
4. Remove the guide sleeve (1).
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to clean the guide bushing.
- Do not lubricate the guide bushing.

5. Remove the screw on tool 233151.
6. Place the device on the input shaft and screw it into the seal.

7. Screw the screw back into tool 233151 and continue turning it until the oil seal comes out of the gearbox housing.

Note: When installing, it is necessary to lubricate the working lips of the oil seal with transmission oil.
8. Place the oil seal (1) on the input shaft and move it close to the crankcase.
9. Press in the oil seal (1) until it stops using tool 233152 and a plastic hammer.
10. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
