Remove the air filter (see section "Removal and installation the air filter").

Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the cylinder head cover.

Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the cylinder head cover.


Model 325t: unscrew support "F".

Loosen the seven nuts and bolts and remove the cylinder head cover. The illustration shows a four-cylinder engine. On a six-cylinder engine, loosen the eight mounting nuts.

Installation



Check the integrity of the cylinder head cover gasket and replace the gasket if necessary.

Place the cylinder head cover on the cylinder head and tighten slightly.

Tighten the nuts and bolts in sequence 1-7 to a torque of 9 Nm. At the same time, the ground jumper and the removed support posts are screwed on together.

On a six-cylinder engine, tighten the eight nuts crosswise from the inside out to a torque of 9 Nm; on a diesel engine, tighten to a torque of 15 Nm.



Install the air filter (see section "Removal and installation the air filter").

Warm up the engine and check the cylinder head cover for leaks.
