Pour 50cc of SAE 30 engine oil into the strut housing.
Insert the new shock absorber cylinder into the strut housing and tighten the strut housing nut with a special 6016 key to a torque of 12.0+2.0 kgf·m.
Install a compression buffer on the shock absorber rod (conical end down) and a protective cover.
Install the new upper support of the telescopic strut, paying attention to the correct installation of the washers (they should be placed with the concave side towards the suspension strut support) and the position of the last turns of the spring.
Screw on a new self-locking nut of the shock absorber rod and tighten it to a torque of 7.2+0.8 kgf·m, holding the shock absorber rod.
Further installation of the telescopic stand is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
