- disconnect the stabilizer bar connecting rod from the suspension arm;
- unscrew the nut securing the tensioner to the suspension arm (please note that the washer is installed with the convex side facing the rubber-metal hinge);
- unscrew the nut securing the strut to the front suspension crossmember (please note that the washer is installed with the convex side facing the nut);
- remove the bolt securing the suspension arm to the crossmember and remove the brace.
Press out the rubber-metal joint of the tie rod from the cross member using a bushing with an internal diameter of 70 mm and a threaded rod.

Lubricate the new joint with soapy water or glycerin and press it into the crossmember socket using tool 6011/1 (with cup and threaded rod), maintaining the orientation of the hinge.
Install the tensioner in the reverse order of disassembly. In this case, replace the self-locking nuts, ensure that the support washers are installed and in the correct position, tighten the threaded connections to the specified torques.
Note: Tighten threaded connections with rubber-metal hinges to the specified torque only after lowering the vehicle, so as not to create stress in the hinges.
