- disconnect the connecting rod of the anti-roll bar from the suspension arm;
- unscrew the nut securing the brace to the suspension arm (pay attention to the fact that the washer is installed with the convex side to the rubber-metal hinge);
- unscrew the nut securing the brace to the cross member of the front suspension (note that the washer is installed with the convex side towards the nut);
- remove the bolt securing the suspension arm to the cross member and remove the brace.
Press the brace rubber joint out of the cross member using a 70 mm inner diameter bushing and a threaded rod.
Lubricate the new joint with soapy water or glycerin and press it into the seat of the cross member using tool 6011/1 (with cup and threaded rod), respecting the orientation of the hinge.
Install the stretch in order. reverse disassembly. At the same time, replace the self-locking nuts, make sure the support washers are installed and in the correct position, tighten the threaded connections to the specified torques.
Note. Threaded connections with rubber-metal hinges must be tightened to the specified torque only after the vehicle has been lowered, so as not to create stress in the hinges.
