Check the condition of the flywheel toothed rim and, if the teeth are significantly worn, replace the toothed rim.
Drill a hole about 8mm deep into the rim just above the tooth valley using a 6.5mm drill bit.
Insert the chisel into the gap between the teeth of the rim and strike it sharply to split the rim.
Heat the new rim uniformly to 200-230°C and press it onto the flywheel with the chamfer on the inner diameter. Do not exceed the specified temperature. Use a thermochromic pencil to control the temperature.
Drive the rim onto the flywheel using a bronze drift.
