Installation

Insert the drive unit with the electric motor, attach it and secure it with two short screws "2" and a long screw "1". Be sure to use new bolts. If this is not possible, pre-treat the old bolts with an anti-loosening agent, such as Loctite 270.

Connect the plug connector of the lampshade and secure the lampshade.

Installing a sliding roof panel drive

Set the sliding roof panel to the raised position, then continue to hold the drive switch in the raised position (Hebestellung).

Hold the switch in this position for 5 seconds.
  • after each power interruption or
  • after adjusting the position of the panel.

Hold the switch in this position for 20 seconds:
  • after malfunctions occur,
  • after releasing the drive or
  • after carrying out work with cable traction.

The installation process is completed when the roof panel is briefly pressed back into the raised position (accompanied by a click).
