2. Disconnect the wishbone from the front axle beam and steering knuckle.
When installing on both sides, install the washer (1), use new self-locking nuts.
3. Remove the bolt, install tool No.31 2 200 into the slot and turn it through an angle of 90°. Pull the steering knuckle down.
4. Using puller No.31 2 240, disconnect the suspension wishbone from the steering knuckle.
There should be no traces of grease on the seat cones when installed.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Using a jack, lift the steering knuckle until the bolt aligns with the hole in the plate (1) – the bolt should enter this hole. Remove device No.31 2 200 and tighten the bolts. After completing the work, check the installation angles of the front wheels.
