2. Disconnect the transverse suspension arm from the front axle beam and steering knuckle.
When installing on both sides, install the washer (1), use new self-locking nuts.
3. Remove the bolt, fit tool no. 31 2 200 into the slot and turn 90°. Pull down the steering knuckle.
4. Using puller No. 31 2 240, disconnect the transverse suspension arm from the steering knuckle.
Mounting cones must be free of grease when installed.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Raise the steering knuckle with a jack until the bolt aligns with the plate hole (1), - the bolt must go into this hole. Remove tool no. 31 2 200 and tighten the bolts. Upon completion of work, check the angles of the front wheels.
