
Caution: Spread the angular locking device wide enough to avoid damaging the threads when loosening the flange nut.
2. Loosen the flange nut by pressing the brake pedal.
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to replace the flange nut. Lubricate the contact surfaces on the nut and wheel bearing with oil and tighten the nut.
- Do not allow oil to come into contact with the axle journal and nut threads.
- Lock the flange nut by tapping it on the flat surfaces of the axle shaft.
Tightening torque: 420 Nm.
3. Remove the stiffener plate.
4. Remove the steering gear side cover.
5. Disconnect the tie rod end from the steering column.
6. Disconnect the guide joint from the pivot support.
7. Disconnect the suspension wishbone from the pivot support.
8. Disconnect the stabilizer bar mounting strut from the anti-roll bar.
9. Disconnect the front pulse sensor from the pivot support.
Caution: Do not knock the axle shaft out of the flange.
10. Move the swivel support to the side.
11. Press the axle shaft out of the flange.

12. Press the half shaft out of the front axle reducer/support bracket using tool 315110 and remove it.
Note:
- When installing, it is necessary to replace the oil seal in the front axle gearbox/support bracket. Lubricate the working lips of the new oil seal with front axle gearbox oil.
- Replace the retaining ring. Insert the axle shaft, overcoming the resistance of the retaining ring. The axle shaft should lock into place with an audible click.
Attention:
- The need to apply significant force during installation indicates damage/deformation of the axle shaft/axle gear splines.
- Check the splines. Replace damaged parts.
13. Installation should be carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the above notes.
14. Check and, if necessary, top up the oil level in the rear axle gearbox.
