1. Remove the air cleaner filter element (see section Replacing the air cleaner filter element Chapters Vehicle settings and routine maintenance).

2. Unscrew the bolts and remove the air filter housing.

3. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Models with M67 engine



Below is a description for the left air cleaner. The right air cleaner housing is removed in a similar way.


1. Turn off the ignition.

1. Turn off the ignition.


2. Loosen the clamp (1) of the suction hose, disconnect the connector (2) on the air flow meter and release the air cleaner housing fastener (3) to the body. Remove the housing (3) of the left air filter together with the air flow meter.

3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Check the seal between the air flow meter and the suction hose for damage, replace the seal if necessary.
