Replacing the boost pressure sensor (BMW 7 Series E38)

Below is a description for the M67 engine.


1. Turn off the ignition.

2. Remove the top engine cover.

2. Remove the top engine cover.


3. Disconnect the boost pressure sensor wiring connector, unscrew its mounting bolt and remove the sensor.

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. If necessary, replace the sensor sealing ring.
